I've been into technology ever since I was little and started out on the very first personal computers that were ever created. Lucky for me my father was an engineer and ahead of the times. Anyway, I came back to tech in my mid twenty's and immediately fell back in love. I started fixing and rebuilding PCs for friends and relatives on the side, then moved onto refurbishing PCs and selling them in the newspaper (this included in-home set-up and internet access) Do you remember "free" ad-supported dial-up internet?
I started my first venture shortly afterward and had some success building and repairing PCs out of a tiny office in Mesa. A year or so into the IT business I co-founded RedSeven which grew to five locations in Metro Phoenix and over a dozen employees. In time I hosted a weekly radio program, helped to write a newspaper column, filmed numerous TV segments, spoke to computer clubs all over Arizona, was quoted in hundreds of online articles, founded a computer recycling charity, and was featured in two tech books. My entire life revolved around technology - but I had lost touch with why I started.
Now it's time for something new - Loyal Leo. I'm getting back to helping people one on one. Seeing the difference that technology can make in someone's personal or professional life is what drives me.
